I decided to use sass in the middle of progress. I need review for how i write code (especially for SCSS). I would like to make my code simplified for future develpoment.

You can look into BEM Framework to write your scss in a more structured manner.
The images are quite big(height) in the desktop view... Can be contracted a little.
I like the fixed background approach in the header which gives it a parallax kind of effects.
