Mobile first approach and than CSS Grid on Desktop

I would like to make adding margin to the 2nd and 3rd element of the rating and opinions section in some better way because i think targeting every single one is not effecient. Can u help me with that? How can I achive this? I tried nth child with n-elements but how am I suppose to tell CSS I want 3rd element have margin twice as big as the 2nd one etc.? Thank you for your time :D
