The report is easy, just remove some things or modify them and they're gone.
And about for the responsiveness I used the mobile-first "trick". I recommend you to check it out if you haven't already. It is very useful.
Edit: I've checked out your profile and I've seen that you already use js, soooo I guess you know what mobile-first is :)). Anyway, take care!
