Made this profile card component using HTML and CSS

Here, made another card component. It was easy to make the inside part of the profile card component. For me the challenging part was that setting up the background image correctly, which I tried to being close as in the design but couldn't make it responsive for mobile screen sizes as you can see in the design. So, can you tell me some easy ways to arrange and position two different background images while making it responsive for mobile screens.
