Design comparison
Solution retrospective
- I still confused to decide how to make the navigation is responsive between mobile and desktop using css, should i just edit that in media query section or create different class for mobile and desktop.

Wow, that's a really neat design. However, what I have mostly observed here among Frontend Mentor community is that most developers face issues with typography a lot. I think it would really accelerate your design if you make typography your design priority and then go for other elements. For example, the typography of the first section of the webpage is a bit fuzzy.
And about your question about responsive design I must say, I would surely use media queries if I wanted to change the look of elements based on their parent div width. But if I wanted to change specific elements without changing the whole container that is wrapping that element I would surely go for @container, instead of @media. Anyway, your design awesome. Keep the good work up.
