I couldn't work out how to align the numbers 1-5 to start and end in-line with the submit button beneath. The only way I could find would be to manually manipulate the left margin on the number 1 and the right margin on the number 5 to zero, which sounds a crazy way of doing it so I left it as is. Thank for any help with this!
