IP Address Tracker using Next.js, TailwindCSS and Mapbox

This was the first time in my life that I actually used Tailwind CSS for coding, in order to get some personal experience and form my own opinions about it. I will definitely be very grateful if you can tell me what isn't exactly according to best practices.
