Design comparison
Solution retrospective
I am most proud that I completed this challenge with good confidence, successfully utilizing advanced CSS styling and JavaScript. My ability to create a responsive and visually appealing design, along with interactive elements like the navbar toggle and dropdown, demonstrates my growth in web development.
What I Would Do Differently Next Time: While Iām pleased with my progress, there are areas for improvement. In future projects, I will focus on:
Enhancing Fluid Layouts:
Further refine the fluid layout to ensure even better adaptability across a wider range of devices. Experiment with more advanced CSS techniques like clamp() and CSS Grid for more complex and dynamic designs. Optimizing JavaScript Logic:
Develop more efficient and scalable JavaScript code to enhance interactivity and user experience. Implement more advanced functionalities such as dynamic content loading and state management.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them? One of the major challenges I encountered was implementing the dropdown menu in the navigation bar. Ensuring that the dropdown functioned correctly across different devices and screen sizes required careful planning and execution.
How I Overcame Them: Trying Different Approaches:
Initially, I experimented with several methods to create the dropdown functionality, including different CSS techniques and JavaScript solutions.
