    Hey, it looks good, nicely responsive and the checks seem to work well! Few things you could improve:

    1. Terms&Conditions is a span but it's supposed to be a clickable link! I'd swap the html tag for an <a>.

    2. Hover effect is missing on the button and the Terms&Conditions link!

    3. A slightly smaller max-width on your form container in desktop view would be nice I reckon! ^^
