- in the rating numbers the selected should stay with orange background
- if I press submit without choosing a value it submits empty value this shouldn't happen change it in a way if user try to submit without choosing value dot got to thankyou section. -when you add a background for the selected item please also add a lighter background for the number before it eg. if the user selected number 4 you should highlight number 4 with orange background and number 3 with light grey background
- I see that you have added a try again Butten it is great idea, it shows your effort
