  Hey Marium, I would suggest to add a check for whether user has selected a rating or not before submiting. Also, to make the component more interactive you can add an alert like "Please select a valid rating" in case the user tries to submit without selecting a rating.

  Usually in cases when user have the option not to rate, there is a button like Ignore or Proceed without rating. But I think in this case(as there is no such button as an option) there isn't an option for user to select 0 as a valid rating in the available ratings in the component. So, adding an alert would make more sense.
