Solution retrospective
First project built with NextJS. Probably not the best example as there is only the one potential route, but I didn't end up using routes because I was unable to find a 'clean' way to pass the form results to a new page. Are there options for this with Next? Do I make use of the pageProps, serverSideProps, etc. or use query strings?
