Rating box made using HTML, CSS and basic vanilla JavaScript

Here another boxy component, now making this card like boxes not seems challenging to me anymore but as I am learning JavaScript I made it to select individual number to add to the ratings but I couldn't find a way to make other button to reset if another rating was selected. So could you suggest me some easy ways to do that and if any improvement I need to make please give me your feedback as it will be very helpful to me.
