Your website looks pretty solid. An issue I noticed when testing your code is that once I click a rating, it automatically submits my selection and goes to the thankyou box. Another thing I think you should add in is a checker that checks to make sure that your user has a selected a rating before being able to click the submit button.
Aside from that your website seems to be laid out quite nicely. Good job 👍
