I really like it! The only thing that ruins it in my opinion is the Submit button. The contrast there is very low. Also some padding around the button especially at the left and right would definitely make it look better.
For color I think a dark red like the background would fit perfectly. Or if you want to stick with the light orange button you could use dark color for text.
Also I recommend a small hover effect in the submit button. Maybe some small scaling transition!
