Nicely done and congratulation for successfully completing the challenge...
Just want to give little recommendation for better user experience. It would be great if it could be implemented such disabling submit button before user clicks one of rating number to prevent unusual result like You selected _ out of 5.

@F4YY thank you for recommendation, but in my personal opinion it is better to create validation for submit button so there is no like u said ~unusual~ results will ever exist.
