Interactive Form with Vue.js

I had difficulties in finding the best way to do the validations, I got the necessary result, but I think it could be clearer, I will definitely try to find a better way. Overall it was a good experience and I learned a few more things. I'm aware of some errors in the style but at the moment this is what I can do. If you have any feedback I will be happy to know.
