Interactive Credit Card Form using ReactJS, Sass & Typescript

Am I utilizing best practices to make the website responsive? I didn't want to add media queries / conditionals (in the react components) for each design (mobile / tablet / desktop), so I only did mobile & desktop by just changing the banner & card positions & re-adjusting the form placement; I'm wondering if there was a better, more systematic way to go about making a website responsive rather than having to resize everything individually if needed for each design
