Interactive Comments Section with react

How to communicate components? How can I communicate components in react? I use the observables from rxjs and I dont know if there is some nativ way to communicate the components.

How the state works?

How to add files to the vite build? Actually a do the build of the app but a lot of files werent be added to the build version things like the data.json or images I tried to move this files to the src folder but it did not work so I dont know if there is some configuration.
