Interactive comments section w/ localStorage, Tailwind & Svelte(Ts)

Hello everyone.

I did not test the app in details so you might find some unexpected behaviors. Please share with me your feelings on the code or my take on the design.

I think it is pretty close to the design even tho i change some little thinks like the background of the disabled buttons for exemple. Because i think you should clearly see when you can or cannot click. (for exemple not being able to submit an empty comment, etc...)

I really appreciate the time you take to review my work.
