A solution to the Interactive comments section challenge

Solution retrospective

All the required functionalities were implemented expect for reordering comments based on their scores. I found trouble implementing it due to some issues with an external package I was using for managing state.

In addition, I added an app bar for switching between the example users. The states of the website is resetted per loading session as I didn't use localStorage for this project.
