Mobile first interactive comments section build with React

Hello,

Here is my first React app ever build, on this project I wanted to build a react app only using react library (no redux) and pure HTML & CSS. What I've learned so far :

1. Hooks (useState, useEffect, useRef, useReducer )
2. Managing states by using the context
3. Using React portal for the modal (delete warning)
4. Module CSS

I know that my code could be refactored a lot, but my goal here was not to train my JavaScript skills but more understanding how react puts things together and what is its best practices. So if you have any advices feel free to leave a comment.
