Interactive Card with Form - Using Bootstrap

Hello, another challenge almost finished, but I feel I didn't do it in the best way, I need to change a lot, and I had a lot of difficulty making the cards, if anyone has any tips on how to complete this challenge in the right way, I would greatly appreciate. This challenge allowed me, to notice a lot of my weaknesses, which in a way was good, I look forward to any feedback.
