Initial attempt to Interactive comments section

Completing this task proved to be challenging, especially since I included dummy elements. Consequently, the intended functionality of the functions doesn't work as expected. I've made several poor decisions, which are evident in my JavaScript code. It's apparent that the functions lack flexibility, resulting in numerous messy lines of code. Therefore, I consider this my initial attempt. I plan to submit another version that will be better organized and improved.
