I was not able to implement bg image using pseudo-classes and also bg image break after 1440px so I need some suggestions on how to implement bg image efficiently.

I will love to have suggestions and feedback on how to improve ... thanks...

ps, I have to add js for email validation in the footer.

    Take time to measure space around an element's content so you will have an accurate margin and padding. :) Overall, you're great!
