What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Learned sth new about CDNs and counter animations.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

Adding an external library and figuring out how to deploy it on GitHub Pages was quite a challenge. Then managing the counter animation and the initial state ( the 2 dashes) got me stuck for a while. Managed to overcome both eventually.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

Not quite happy with the math and validation. The validation allows for odd dates like Feb 31. Will revisit this later on to fix it. For the math I fully relied on an external library (dateFns) so I hope it does the calculations well, however, not 100% sure.
