A solution to the Age calculator app challenge

Solution retrospective

Hi everyone, this is my second attempt at the age calculator challenge. I tried to make the JavaScript code more dynamic. There's some repetition in the end of the code, any advice on how to make it more DRY, as well as any feedback in general is much appreciated. Thank you :)
