Your solution looks great and quite similar to the design except the icons.
Let's talk about your accessibility issues
- Document needs to have a main landmark, this is caused by the inability to detect the main content of your document and can be fixed by using the semantic main tag to wrap all the elements between the body element. This tag indicates that any enclosed tags form the main content of the document.
This should resolve the rest of your accessibility issues.
