  Your second attempt seems amazing ✨, card is very responsive and looks perfect to me, I also liked how you positioned the background circles on desktop

  ** Just a opinion ** ~ I believe the ideal measurements for background-position of those background circles lies near to 50 vh/vw, so adjusting them accordingly can make those background circles responsive for small screens!
