    I am not exactly sure how it works myself, but as stated on stackoverflow, adding position:relative to victor-img works somehow.

    And as it says on w3schools.com,

    Note: z-index only works on positioned elements (position: absolute, position: relative, position: fixed, or position: sticky) and flex items (elements that are direct children of display:flex elements).
