This was a fun challenge to do.

But I couldn't figure out how to add that "error SVG" while doing the form validation. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

What I did in mine, was adding in the input a:

background: url(../images/icon-error.svg) 95% center no-repeat;

There are probably better ways to do it.
