Grid practice

So, I left out the email component I did it styled it but not sure how to position it on desktop view. I did position: absolute then bottom:%

The other thing is the footer, the location and logo it's on a ol and doesn't look right has extra space on right side. I want to use a grid for it but nothing send to work. The about/privacy ol should be on the left side nothing is working, the align -items on the console is crossed off. So help figuring that out would be lovely. Oh and last thing I used scss for this for the first time have no clue what I'm doing, So if someone can look at my scss file I'd love any feedback I'm going to look through any scss files I can find to figure it out. I didn't use a compiler but I think it automatically did it. Then again it's scss and not sass so does it need a complier.
