What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Hello everyone. This is my solution to the GitHub User Search App.

I created this project as an introduction to Vue 3. Having used React before, I wanted to compare the two frameworks. I really enjoy Vue for its clear separation of JavaScript logic, template code, and CSS, which makes the development process more organized. I think I'll be spending more time with Vue in the future.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I had to 'relearn' a lot, but in the end, JavaScript is still JavaScript. This experience made me realize that mastering vanilla JavaScript is far more valuable than focusing solely on a framework. With a solid foundation in JavaScript, picking up any framework becomes much easier. I'd even argue that diving into a framework too early in the learning process can hold you back in the long run.
