Fylo Preview Responsive Design Card using HTML & CSS

It was kinda challenging for me & I'm sure there will be remarks on the design.
I've focused and tried my best on responsive design development of this challenge. The issues I struggled with:-

• How to fix a Div after positioning it and stays at that position while changing dimensions of responsive layout ?
• I didn't know how to make the tail end of the notification message, If anyone could inform how it's to be done will be grateful .
• Feel free to check my design , and appreciate to inform me any remarks or tips for improving my development better .
