responsive double columns page using flex-box

Hello there , this is my attempt at this challenge. What i found difficult are the following :

• Kept looking for how to add the error message in red when someone enters an invalid email address , how to color it red and how to place , no luck . Any ideas ?
• The text sizing and colors weren't clear enough for me , is it white or pale gray and so on .
