People, I really didn't see the background until I was done. I tried to place it but it was impossible because of my html structure (I think). Any suggestion?

Another thing, this is the first page I do and although I tried to apply a methodology to order my styles in the end I made a disaster. I promise to do better next time.

Any recommendations on the code? Any feedback is welcomed. :)
