What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Hello, long time no see... I remember when over a year ago I submitted my first challenges on this platform - time passed, I grew up as a developer and today I wanted to come back here and finalize my journey. That's why I made this challenge, from scratch, using Next.js, MongoDB and SCSS. Feel free to let me know what I could do better - I'm sure there is still a lot, however, I'm really happy with this outcome.
