    For a responsive width and content, give the main a max-width of 1440px, a width of 80% and margin: 0 auto;

    Give .hero a padding top and bottom value instead of a max-width and margin: 0 auto, in the desktop design, give .hero a width of 50% and margin: 0 auto.
