Hey @codekesh, kindly layout your site for the desktop version. Also for the short screen make the supervisor, karma, teambuilder, and calculator card, smaller in size with proper margin from left and right.
Do revisit your code, you set flex-direction:column; for desktop layout (bigger screen) which is not needed. use flex-direction:row; and then use position properties as required.
It would be better if you use Grid for the layout of bigger screen.

@dev-mksingh I corrected for mobile layout but I don't think for desktop layout I have to change. and for tablet layout I didn't set and use mobile layout as default. BTW thank you for noticing things.
