Four card feature section using CSS grid and SCSS

I find difficulty while writing Media queries. What is the best approach desktop-first or mobile-first this was my second challenge and I'm not too confident while writing media queries. what are the best practices for font sizes? when viewport changes It is too difficult to manage font size for different screen widths. And one thing about container max-width should I set it to rems or should I set it to vw unit?
