four card feature section

I started off with good intentions. I was going to use utility classes, follow a methodology and keep the CSS organised. But after awhile I found myself wanting to test out random features and experimenting. The result is the codebase turned into a messy sandbox with many styles being unusued or overcomplicated.

If I had to do it differently, I would follow a methodology to the letter, and save the experimentation for either a seperate branch, code sandbox or future challenge, instead.

Either way It was fun and I learnt a lot.
