No question but yeah you can easily build this by grid or flex. Whichever way you wanna build. If you are facing problem in this problem just flex/grid layout demo and see how they are behaving.

by do way do not write for alt text attribute i forgot it to include and also used somewhat dark colour on desc . you do not need to remind me for it. have fun
