Four card feature, mobile first method, css flexbox

This was my 12th, so the last newbie & CSS challenge. Thank you FM, I started to learn the basics of responsive designs, flexbox and grid, media queries., and some other css techniques.

The most important I learnt, to take enough time at the start to analize the design files and plan the steps well before the real work starts.

I think I am on the good way, so my practicing continues. :)
