What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?
The most difficult challenge for me in this project was to make links from buttons to respective pages. I managed to do that with onclick Event.

I have no advise to say since your coding is more advance than mine. The way you established your Custom Properties is interesting, I need to learn from that.
Instead of <button> I would have used <a> links.
