hi there! 👋👋
Learning a programming language is a journey, won't happen overnight. Just keep building projects, do your daily grind, be proactive (so actually sit tf down to code, don't just watch tutorials, there's a term tutorial hell for a reason).
Start with basic stuff, like overwriting DOM element's content using JS
, then you can add conditional statements
to it and with time you can scale up the difficulty as your knowledge grows.🦉
Getting frustrated with the process is natural, googling stuff is actually a very valuable skill a developer can have, this makes you flexible when you go out there in the evil world to make a living from your knowledge. Experienced developers are googling stuff as well, perhaps less than you right now, but it's not a bad thing to use external knowledge to help you solve a problem. The more important thing is to actually learn smg new on the way, not just copy-paste someone's solution and hope for the best.
Programming is hard , so don't get dicouraged, just keep grinding and try to enjoy the journey! 🧭🧭
Good luck and happy coding, see you at the top! 💪💪
