Solution retrospective

This is a chartjs challenge. It's one of the most powerful and popular chart libraries for Javascript applications.

A small fix is needed for my solution to match the design: removing the label from the tooltip.

Also, I need to revisit this challenge again so I can use the JSON file to dynamically update the chart.
