  Overall your design looks beautiful. There are few things i like to point out tho.

  1. After clicking on "add to cart", qunatity value shoud reset.
  2. For small screen, sidemenu should close while licking on overlay.
  3. Hover effect of nav items looks abrupt. Try adding some transition.

  I have looked a few solution till now, yours is by far the best.
