What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

"I'm most proud of the lasting impact I've had on the individuals I've mentored. Seeing someone grow, achieve their goals, and gain confidence through our collaboration is incredibly fulfilling. Knowing that I've helped shape their journey—whether it's in their personal development or professional career—is something I hold with great pride."

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

One of the main challenges I encountered was recognizing that every mentee comes from a different background, with unique goals, learning styles, and obstacles. Early on, I realized that a one-size-fits-all approach wouldn’t work. I overcame this by adapting my mentoring style, being more flexible, and investing time in understanding each mentee’s individual needs. Through patience, open communication, and tailored guidance, I was able to help them navigate their specific challenges while ensuring they felt supported every step of the way."
