Hello,
There is some useless tag maybe you can delete (all your id=circle*).
If you want to add background like the circle or color, you need to have the qr code without is background.
If you use ID ( <div id="circle1" > … </div> ), you can only use this ID once. If you want use something more than once, you need to declare a "class".
