After some time of working little every day on this project, here is my solultion.

Here are my questions:

• In the form there is a custom select in the time fieldset, and I would like to know if it is accessible and if there is a better solution for custom selects
• I added more validation for date and time based on open times listed in the footer, and I would like to make sure it works fine
• And your thoughts about overall accessibility of my solution
